We initiate refunds on our side within 24 hours of receiving your request (Monday through Friday). From there, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling and refunding aren't the same thing. You can cancel any time, which stops future months from being charged. A refund returns money already paid, and only applies within the 30-day window above.
PayPal handles all payment processing for BoostsLocal as our payment processor. When we approve a refund, the money is returned through PayPal to your original payment method, typically within 3-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. If you see something odd on your statement — a charge you don't recognize, an unexpected currency conversion — PayPal's resolution center can also help.
